Brazil is crazy diverse, lots of foods being poured together here by a heck of a lot of different cultures. heavy italian cousine for a lot of pasta and pastries, a lot of japanese influention too, the pastel is a for of a brazillian gyoza, they were first baked but we brazillians like to deepfry stuff a lot. some heavy african influences too on some heavy foods, other than that a lot of portuguese (OF COURSE), some dutch, german, arab, even russian... though we like to do our stroganoff with chicken, that's the brazillian stroganoff for ya.
